AI consulting for small businesses in South Florida

Azul Digital runs short advisory engagements for small businesses in Miami, Hialeah and Doral: where AI genuinely helps your team's week, where it does not, and what it would take to adopt. The output is a written plan you can act on, including the parts we recommend against.

What does an engagement actually involve?

We look at how work moves through your business, find the places where time disappears, and test whether AI would help any of them. Then you get a written plan with an order of work and a cost estimate.

It is deliberately short. A long discovery phase mostly produces a longer document, and small businesses need a decision rather than a study.

Where does AI usually help?

Repetitive language work with a human check at the end. Drafting replies, summarising long documents, first-pass translation, product descriptions at volume, sorting inbound enquiries.

Much of it overlaps with content work. The common thread is that a mistake is visible and cheap to correct. That is what makes a task a good candidate, far more than how impressive the demo looks.

Where does it not help?

Anywhere a confident wrong answer is expensive and hard to spot. Pricing decisions, compliance language, medical or legal specifics, and anything a customer will act on without checking.

We would rather tell you a process should stay manual than sell you an automation that fails quietly. Most engagements end with a list of things not to automate, and that list has value.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually less than expected. Many teams already pay for tools with AI features they have not switched on, and adding another subscription on top of that is a cost, not a strategy.

Where new tooling is genuinely needed, the plan names it, says what it costs, and says what it replaces.

Will our team actually use it?

Only if someone shows them, in their own workflow, with their own examples. Adoption fails far more often than the technology does.

Training is part of the engagement rather than an upsell, and it works better in the language the team speaks day to day, which in Hialeah and Doral is often Spanish.

What does it cost?

Quoted flat per engagement after a call, scaled to how many processes are in scope. If the honest answer turns out to be that AI does not help your business much yet, we will say so and the engagement ends there.

Start with the task everyone dreads

The repetitive one nobody wants on their plate. It is usually the clearest test of whether any of this is worth it.
